CLEVELAND – May 7, 2025 – Dix & Eaton announced today the promotions of three seasoned professionals – Karin Bonev, Kellie Friery and Angela Rodenhauser – to serve as Managing Directors. In addition, Caroline Digel has joined Dix & Eaton as a graphic designer.
“Karin, Kellie and Angela have each played pivotal roles in guiding our clients through complex challenges and transformations,” said Chas Withers, Chairman and CEO of Dix & Eaton. “Their expertise, both across our firm’s practice areas and in leading high-impact client engagements, has positioned them as trusted advisors and mentors to clients and colleagues. These promotions represent well-earned recognition for their exceptional contributions, strategic insight and commitment to client success.”
Karin Bonev has been with Dix & Eaton for more than 20 years and leads the firm’s Change & Crisis Management practice. She advises organizations navigating planned and unexpected high-stakes situations, including CEO and senior leadership transitions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic pivots, and culture transformations. Her expertise also includes employer branding, employee value propositions and support for recruitment and retention efforts that engage and inspire employees.
Kellie Friery brings two decades of experience in investor relations and corporate communications. As a key client engagement leader, she works closely with senior leadership teams to leverage communications that drive value, engagement, transparency and long-term business success. Her work includes advising companies on high-impact communications initiatives, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transformations, financial transactions, and corporate repositioning.
Angela Rodenhauser has more than 20 years of experience working with C-suite leaders in corporate communications and investor relations. She leads large client engagements and provides strategic counsel across integrated communications, change management, investor relations, sustainability, business growth initiatives and brand visibility. Angela is also a key contributor to Dix & Eaton’s internal coaching and talent management initiatives.
In addition to these promotions, Caroline Digel recently joined the firm as a graphic designer and brings three years of experience from an advertising agency. As a member of the creative team, Caroline creates client materials related to brand identity and visual storytelling, and contributes to the design of presentations and pitch decks. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University.
“Our creative team continues to expand its capabilities, and Caroline brings a fresh skillset for crafting compelling visual narratives,” said Withers. “Her previous experience in advertising is an asset to our work and to client projects.”
