CLEVELAND, OH – April 20, 2020 – Dix & Eaton announced today Ann Lentz has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Creative and Program Management, and Allison Wood has joined the firm as an Account Executive, specializing in digital and marketing communications.
Ann Lentz joined the firm in 1998 and has deep experience serving as the valued liaison between clients and staff managing the lifecycle of digital, printed and multi-media projects. In her new role as Senior Vice President, Creative and Program Management, Lentz is responsible for developing strategies that improve current capabilities and develop new ones, ensuring on-time delivery of client campaigns, cultivating strong vendor relationships and supporting organization special projects. Lentz also leads the internal team focused on helping Dix & Eaton enhance and measure its environmental and social responsibility profile.

Allison Wood joined the firm in late March, and is responsible for implementing strategic marketing initiatives, bringing her experience in advertising, search, social media and analytics. She will be engaged across the firm to develop and execute customized and measurable engagements to help clients achieve their goals.

Prior to her position at Dix & Eaton, Lentz was a production manager for Bill Brokaw Advertising. She has a decade of marketing experience with two area nonprofit organizations – the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and The Western Reserve Historical Society. Lentz also recently launched her own nonprofit organization, the Community Life Collaborative, which supports social justice and sustainable living initiatives. Lentz is actively involved at her church, the Federated Church of Chagrin Falls.

Wood comes to Dix & Eaton from Fathom, a digital marketing agency based in Valley View, Ohio. Prior to her work at Fathom, Wood served as a Marketing Coordinator with Richter Healthcare Consultants and as a Social Media Coordinator at University Hospitals. In 2017, Wood earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Kent State University. Wood is certified in Google Analytics and Google Ad Fundamentals. She is also certified in HubSpot Academy, with a focus on inbound marketing, inbound sales and marketing software. Wood is actively involved in Together Digital Cleveland, an organization dedicated to accelerating the advancement and growth of women in digital.
