Dix & Eaton Announces Pair of Key Strategic Hires

CLEVELAND, OH — December 15, 2021 — Dix & Eaton announced today two additions to the firm, with Brittany Mihaila joining as vice president and Adam Redling as assistant vice president.

“We’re very pleased to be adding these two sterling-caliber professionals who bring demonstrated strength and expertise to our national practices in sustainability, investor relations and change management, among other areas,” said Chas Withers, CEO of Dix & Eaton. “They both bring significant technical acumen and differentiated skill sets and are already contributing value-add counseling to client engagements across the firm.”

Mihaila, who is based in Denver, Colorado, has a broad skill set that includes experience in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), financial analysis, capital markets, research, messaging and storytelling. She is returning to the firm after serving as a senior account executive from December 2017 to November 2019 when she developed strategic communications programs to meet clients’ sustainability and investor relations needs. Since then, she has completed a variety of client projects as a strategic communications consultant, including investor relations, change management, internal communications and ESG engagements.

Redling brings more than a decade of writing, editing and editorial management experience with several trade media companies. He most recently served as editor at GIE Media, Inc. in Valley View, Ohio, with an emphasis on recycling and sustainability issues. Earlier in his career, Redling held editorial roles with Babcox Media and October Research.

“In a hyper-competitive marketplace, we’re very proud to have Brittany and Adam join our growing team of collaborative professionals who are dedicated every day to making an impact on our clients’ biggest opportunities and challenges,” said Withers.  “They come to us with rare experience in working with a wide array of organizations on complex issues and will help us build on our already-strong national reputation in key priority areas.”
