Theresa has developed effective strategies for organizations of all sizes over her 25–year career, collaborating with executives and corporate leaders to manage change, enhance employee experience and implement corporate social responsibility efforts and talent development initiatives. She joined Dix & Eaton in 2023 as a strategist in the firm’s Sustainability/ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practice.
Prior to joining D&E, Theresa worked in the automotive, corporate aviation, information solutions and early childhood education sectors. Her extensive background enables her to offer a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of various business landscapes to address complex challenges and drive meaningful change.
Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in human relations and resources and international studies from Kalamazoo College, as well as a Master of Science in administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, she is a Certified Predictive Index Analyst from PI Worldwide, showcasing her expertise in leveraging data–driven insights to optimize organizational performance.
