A member of Dix & Eaton’s Investor Relations practice, Angela M. Rodenhauser develops and executes comprehensive communication strategies and programs to support corporate executives in effectively positioning their companies with investors, security analysts and business media.
In this capacity, Angela is actively involved in project management, message development and creative implementation of annual reports, investor presentations, earnings releases, conference calls and other communications tools. She also has considerable experience in investor relations strategy, IR program development and execution; M&A, IPO and restructuring communications; investor targeting/non-deal roadshow presentation development; shareholder activism; IR websites and digital strategies; event promotion and more.
Before joining Dix & Eaton, Angela was with a Cleveland-based investor relations consulting firm, where she wrote financial reports, news releases and investor fact sheets for micro- to mid-cap companies in a variety of industries. In addition, she researched and developed messages to highlight company achievements and illustrated strategies pertinent to investors, including trend information, feature stories and financial data.
Earlier, Angela worked in the accounting department for a Midwest wholesale distributor. She holds a bachelor's degree in English and communications from John Carroll University.
Angela is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute and has held positions including chapter secretary and treasurer. She also serves on the marketing and development committee of Walsh Jesuit High School.
