Maggie is a director within Dix & Eaton’s Protect platform, where she partners with organizations to anticipate and mitigate reputational risks through strategic stakeholder engagement. She advises clients across highly regulated industries, including energy, mining, manufacturing, specialty chemical, agriculture and health care — helping them operate with confidence in complex and scrutinized environments.

Since 2011, Maggie has helped companies manage risk and strengthen resiliency by leading programs spanning stakeholder communications, issues management, media relations, internal communications, sustainability reporting and crisis planning and response. She works at the intersection of risk, reputation and responsibility, ensuring businesses clearly demonstrate how they manage operations, employee safety, environmental impact and community investment.

Maggie is skilled in translating complex information into clear, credible messaging to build stakeholder trust and maintain momentum during moments of change or challenge. She pairs this with compelling storytelling to help mission-driven organizations deepen connection and inspire support.

A graduate of Missouri State University, Maggie holds a master’s degree in applied communications and a bachelor’s degree in communications with emphases in marketing and creative writing. She has completed certifications in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability framework, change management and conflict dispute resolution. She has served in multiple leadership roles for the Junior League of St. Louis and currently sits on the corporate council at the Missouri Botanical Gardens.
