CLEVELAND – November 6, 2025 – Dix & Eaton today announced two staff promotions. Lauren Davis has been promoted to account executive, and Stephanie Hering has been promoted to senior graphic designer.
Lauren joined Dix & Eaton full time in 2023 as an assistant account executive after an internship with the firm. Primarily working in the marketing communications/public relations practice area, Lauren supports clients with integrated communications programs and media relations projects. She also manages social media engagement for several clients, as well as for Dix & Eaton. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in strategic communications and individual psychology from Miami University.
Stephanie joined Dix & Eaton in 2023 as a graphic designer. Before her hire in a full-time position, she was an intern with the firm. As a member of the creative team, Stephanie designs content for clients across all industries – including technology, manufacturing, utility companies and nonprofit organizations – and for deliverables ranging from print and digital advertising and e-books to corporate reports. Stephanie holds a bachelor of arts degree from Cleveland State University, with concentrations in studio art and graphic design.
