Even during a brief time away, Theresa continued to enhance her skills, and her connection to Dix & Eaton ultimately brought her back. In her current role as Controller, she oversees accounting and billing, manages financial reporting and leads the preparation of audited financial statements. Known for her collaborative approach and steady leadership, Theresa is committed to building a solid financial foundation that supports the firm’s long-term success.
