As a member of the digital team, Melody Caraballo specializes in forming content and social media strategies that align business goals with customer needs. Melody believes in a marketing world where we no longer think business to business or business to consumer but human to human. And she finds that is made possible through authentic and informed communication that fits into people’s lifestyles and behavior patterns.
Prior to joining Dix & Eaton, Melody’s background in writing and branding led her to consulting with businesses to craft messaging in support of content strategies she developed for websites, content marketing, and social media. In 2017, Melody partnered with Muse Content Group to create a video series for Entrepreneurs’ Organization that was at turns poignant and hilarious. The project became a Content Marketing Awards 2018 finalist for Best Branded Content Campaign.
Melody holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications.
