Carly Bartels

Assistant Account Executive

Carly Bartels, a communications generalist, is a member of Dix & Eaton’s integrated marketing practice. She specializes in marketing communications and investor relations, and also handles crisis communications, social media strategy and media relations for clients.

Carly joined Dix & Eaton in 2016 after completing an internship with the firm. During her internship, she spent much of her time working to support a strategic media campaign surrounding the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. She also contributed to client work involving branding, corporate communications and both national and international media relations.

Previously, Carly worked as a marketing communications intern at Alliance Data, a Fortune 500 marketing and loyalty company. There, her responsibilities included building corporate communication strategies, event planning and project management.

Carly graduated cum laude from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a minor in marketing.
