Challenge:

When PolyOne attended the International Plastics Showcase, its goal was to communicate with one voice to the 64,000 attendees.  

Solution:
Dix & Eaton worked with management to develop Web-based cross-training materials. D&E created a series of 13 training modules, which provided an overview of PolyOne and each business unit.   

Results:
The company generated more than 2,400 sales leads at the show as a result of consistent messaging and increased cross-selling.
