
Challenge: When a $1 billion global infection-control and sterilization company decided to change its employee benefits package for all of its facilities, it turned to Dix & Eaton for general counsel and marketing support.
Solution: Dix & Eaton partnered with the company’s human resources and corporate communications departments to develop key messages and delivery channels to its employees. The D&E design and editorial team created the look and feel and wrote the text for all new benefits communications collateral. To alert employees as open enrollment for benefits approached, D&E also produced posters and table tents for the company’s offices, mailed postcards to employees’ homes, and created a Web site banner and benefits landing page.
Results: A clear presentation of complex information ensured that employees gained awareness of the open enrollment period and the actions required on their part to choose the benefits package that was right for them. The company considered the open enrollment highly successful. |
