Challenge:
One of Ohio’s largest health care systems, a long-time Dix & Eaton client, was gearing up to launch a new online HR tool that would enable employees to manage their personal benefits and payroll information. 

Solution:
In developing a strategic communications plan, Dix & Eaton worked closely with Human Resources and the third-party vendor that developed the tool. The first step involved rolling out the new tool to a carefully selected pilot group of employees. Once the online portal was finalized, D&E developed the communications to launch the tool to all employees across the entire health system.

Results:
The initial success of the pilot launch led to an equally successful systemwide launch.  Employees were enthusiastic about the new tool and quickly began using it.
