Communications Improvement Program This nationwide, publicly traded real estate developer, with $9.5 billion in assets, has been a long-standing investor relations/public relations client of Dix & Eaton. Our role has included earnings releases and conference call scripts; the award-winning annual report; counsel on IR best practices; corporate news releases; special event planning and support; research and news monitoring; and a Web site redesign.
In 2005, Dix & Eaton undertook a comprehensive review of the Company’s communication function across its corporate, business unit and regional offices, and presented a series of recommendations to enhance communications. Corporate Identity Standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality “look and feel” of business cards, stationery, literature, etc. – seeing is believing.
Media relations, including standardized processes for the review and approval of press releases, and protocols for responding to media inquiries.
